Open Roles

Registered Nurse Advocates

Minimum 3 years critical-care or surgical experience.
Strong assessment, triage, and communication skills.
Board-Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA) preferred; required within 90 days of engagement.
Must demonstrate professional presentation, discretion, and autonomy.

Nurse Practitioners – Surgical & Recovery Oversight

Current licensure in Florida.
Experience in perioperative, surgical, or recovery management.
Ability to supervise RN Advocates and coordinate complex post-op care plans.

Client Care Coordination Team

Healthcare or case-management background preferred.
Exceptional organization and written communication.
Comfort working within HIPAA-compliant systems (Simple Practice).
