Content on this site is for informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice. Using this site does not create a fiduciary relationship. For emergencies, call 911.
Formal engagement begins only after a signed service agreement or completed intake through Simple Practice. We reserve the right to accept or decline engagements.
All services are private pay. We do not accept insurance.
Pricing includes:
Deposits are required at time of scheduling, full fee is required prior to rendering of services.
We aim to accommodate reasonable changes; some services (e.g., RN overnights, transportation) are non-refundable once scheduled. Cancellation and refund terms are specified in your service agreement or invoice. Please contact us promptly to request changes.
We do not guarantee outcomes or results. Our role is to provide professional advocacy and oversight; medical decisions remain with your licensed clinicians.
We treat inquiries and engagements confidentially. PHI is collected and stored via our Simple Practice client portal under HIPAA and a BAA. Website privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.
By contacting us, you consent to be reached via the contact details you provide (email, phone, SMS). You can update preferences at any time.
All website content, logos, and materials are owned by Hi Society Health and protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or modify without written permission
